Enjoy exclusive use of a remarkable country house and estate. The house is private and fully staffed to include the discrete services of the owner’s butler, chef and housekeeper. The house is located in North Devon close to the coast and Exmoor and available to private small parties.

• Bedrooms: 6 bedrooms oozing with character and history, each with en-suites or private bathroom facilities and views of the parkland or garden.

• In-house cuisine: The house is available on a fully-serviced and catered basis only. Private dinner parties, breakfast and afternoon tea will be prepared and served. Dine on your chosen dinner party menu created using top quality locally-sourced ingredients. Breakfast can be served in the country kitchen along with the roaring fire and double Aga or the grand dining room. (A special celebration dinner menu is also available).

• By car: About 3.5 hours
• By train: The nearest station is Barnstaple, just 10 minutes away (from London, change at Exeter onto the scenic branchline). For a less scenic trip hop off the fast train at Tiverton Parkway from a taxi can be organised (regular services from London take 2 hours)
